About Jose D. Leon Guerrero Commercial Port (Port of Guam)
Guam's only commercial deepwater port, run by the Port Authority of Guam, an autonomous public corporation set up in 1975, and renamed in 2002 after its first commercial port manager. It handles over 90 per cent of the island's imports, and in FY2020 handled 85,143 TEU and 1,112,106 tonnes of cargo. It also serves ships trading to the Northern Marianas and the Micronesian islands.

The sources describe no dedicated RoRo terminal: cars are handled across the port's 2,650 ft of docking space for container, break-bulk, fishing and passenger vessels and its 26.5 acre container yard. Equipment includes two rail-mounted gantry cranes of 40 short tons, two rubber-tyred gantry cranes and a 104 tonne mobile harbour crane. Matson, the main carrier of cars from the US West Coast, says it ships hundreds of cars a month to and from Guam.
