Your Itemised Quotation
You’ll receive a clear, itemised quotation covering the full export cost. Extras such as clearance, registration and delivery to your door at the destination are priced separately.
Deposit & Secure Payment
Where we source or buy your vehicle, a £1,000 deposit secures it — we can’t guarantee availability without it. It is part of the price, not an extra fee. A shipping-only booking needs no deposit. The balance is due before loading unless your quotation says otherwise. Pay by bank transfer or by card up to £5,000, with no fee on personal debit or credit cards.
Paperwork & Documentation
We manage every export document — customs declarations, the proof of export a dealer needs to sell a car VAT-free, and vehicle documentation — so nothing is left to chance.
Shipping & Delivery
We use trusted logistics partners for RoRo or container shipping, or air freight when time matters, and courier your keys and documents securely once your vehicle is on its way.
Aftersales Support
Our team stays on hand for any advice or queries after purchase, including support with customs clearance and registration at your destination.

Choose Your Car
New, used or a specific order — the choice is yours. Wherever the vehicle is located in the UK, our team verifies its history, specification and seller credentials before purchase, and we’re happy to arrange an independent inspection for extra peace of mind.
Buy VAT-Free For Export
A VAT-registered dealer can sell a new car, or a VAT-qualifying used car, free of UK VAT when it is exported and HMRC’s conditions are met, which takes a sixth off a VAT-inclusive price. A car sold under the second-hand margin scheme cannot be sold VAT-free this way. We help you choose a car where the saving applies and give the dealer the proof of export it needs. We are not VAT registered, so the saving comes off the dealer’s price, not as a refund from us.
We Collect, Store & Prepare For Export
Your vehicle is collected and brought to our secure Cornwall facility, where it undergoes our 198-point inspection. We can also arrange any pre-export checks your destination country’s import rules require, quoted separately.
Shipping, Paperwork & Delivery Coordination
We coordinate shipping with trusted global freight partners — RoRo or container, or air freight when time matters — and courier all export documents, spare keys and accessories directly to you.
Clearing, Registration & Final Delivery
On arrival at your destination port, we can arrange customs clearance, registration and delivery to your door through a local agent, quoted separately, or work with an agent of your choice. Import duty and local taxes are paid by the importer, whoever clears the car.
