What You Get

Suited to urgent moves, valuable and classic cars, prototypes, shows and motorsport
Petrol, diesel and hybrid vehicles fly as UN 3166: fuel run low (a petrol tank no more than a quarter full), battery secured, alarm and tracker off
Electric cars fly as UN 3556 at no more than 30% charge, or 25% on the car’s own gauge; some airlines refuse electric cars or restrict hybrids
Cars are lashed to an aircraft pallet and motorbikes crated if needed; the UK export declaration is made before the flight

Vehicle and deadline
Tell us the vehicle, its fuel or battery type, size, weight and arrival date. Size and the airline’s rules decide between a passenger aircraft’s hold and a freighter.

Prepare and declare
Fuel or charge is brought down to the limit, the vehicle is secured and declared as dangerous goods, and we file the export declaration.

Fly and collect
It flies on the booked flight under an air waybill and is released at the destination airport once cleared there, by a local agent we arrange (quoted separately) or one of your choice.
