About Port Vila (Lapetasi International Wharf)
Port Vila is Vanuatu's principal port. International cargo ships use the Lapetasi International Wharf, a 200 m container berth financed by a Japanese government loan and opened in February 2018, while the older Main International Wharf takes cruise ships and tankers. The Main Wharf was damaged in the earthquake of 17 December 2024 and was still unrepaired in February 2025, but Lapetasi remained in operation.

We make export declarations directly on the UK customs system and prepare every document needed at the UK port of exit, including the Bill of Lading, export certificate and DVLA export documentation.
